Who we are
About
Hello, we are Nathalie, senior physician and professor of nuclear medicine with a focus in neuro-oncology, and Louisa, senior physician and professor of neurology specializing in neuro-oncology, and we are the founders of FEMclub.
We have been working together clinically and scientifically for many years and have learned throughout our careers that close exchange and solidarity among women not only bring joy, but also provide valuable inspiration and practical support in our daily work.
What began as an initiative in Munich has now grown into a dynamic network throughout the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). More and more female physicians are joining FEMclub to promote “Female Excellence in Medicine” together. Our goal is to empower women in medicine and make them more visible through networking, workshops, and targeted exchange formats.
Whether in clinics, research, or teaching, we want to create structures that provide women in medicine with lasting support. FEMclub stands for mutual support, knowledge exchange, and empowerment on an equal footing.
