What does FEMclub offer?
A lot. As a member, you have the opportunity to participate in workshops, coaching sessions, networking events, and enriching discussions aimed at inspiring and encouraging you to strengthen your professional network, identify career paths and tips and tricks for work-life balance, and maximize your career opportunities. Local after-work events enable optimal regional networking in a relaxed atmosphere, but there are also large national events (e.g., the FEMclub Spring Event – the Female Leadership Workshop in Leogang) for further networking.
In addition, members have the opportunity to receive information about attractive job vacancies/positions (e.g., W2/W3 professorships, OA/CA positions, etc.), requests to speak, or media inquiries via the “FEMclub Job Match” database. Of course, you can also make requests at any time if you are looking for a candidate for a vacancy yourself, in order to increase the proportion of women in leadership positions and the visibility of women. The frequent excuse “there was simply no suitable female candidate for the job” will thus become obsolete in the future
